| Beschreibung (dt.): | Das Vorhaben 'Netzwerk für Wissenstransfer im Lebensmittelhandwerk (transNetz)', verfolgt drei Ziele: -die Etablierung einer übergreifenden Vernetzung zwischen und mit den Akteuren des Lebensmittelhandwerks, insbesondere den geförderten Innovationsprojekten; -den Aufbau von themenspezifischen Clustern im Lebensmittelhandwerk; -den Wissens- und Ergebnistransfer für verschiedene Zielgruppen. Damit trägt transNetz zur Schaffung eines Innovationsökosystems innerhalb des Lebensmittelhandwerks bei, das eine zukunftsgerichtete Entwicklung des Lebensmittelhandwerks beschleunigt. In transNetz werden im Wesentlichen zwei Ebenen gleichberechtigt betrachtet: -es müssen strukturelle Rahmenbedingungen geschaffen werden -die einen thematischen Austausch der Akteure ermöglichen. transNetz wird anhand dreier Säulen umgesetzt: Zunächst werden wir mit Methoden aus der empirischen Sozialforschung und Innovationsentwicklung den Status Quo im Lebensmittelhandwerk im Hinblick auf Erkenntnisse zu Innovationen, Akteure und deren Vernetzungsstrukturen erfassen. Zudem werden wir die thematischen und strukturellen Bedarfe der relevanten Akteure erfassen. In der zweiten Säule werden wir das Fundament für das Innovationsökosystem legen, indem wir in einem partizipativen Prozess iterativ organisatorische Strukturen schaffen, um thematische Netzwerke zu etablieren. Die Netzwerke werden einerseits zwischen den Innovationsprojekten, andererseits darüber hinaus mit dem Lebensmittelhandwerk in verschiedenen thematischen Clustern entstehen. In der dritten Säule werden wir den Wissens- und Ergebnistransfer für die verschiedenen Zielgruppen sicherstellen. Neben dem brancheninternen Wissenstransfer werden wir darüber hinaus einen Transfer an weitere Zielgruppen aus Politik und Öffentlichkeit umsetzen. Unser Konzept beruht darauf die Akteure partizipativ am Entwicklungsprozess teilhaben zu lassen und mit ihnen gemeinsam innovative und bedarfsgerechte Formate zu entwickeln. |
| Beschreibung (engl.): | The project 'Network for knowledge transfer in the food craft sector (transNetz)' has three main objectives: -the establishment of cross-border networking between and with the actors in the food craft sector, in particular the funded innovation projects; -the creation of thematic clusters in the food craft sector; -the knowledge transfer to different target groups. Thus, transNetz contributes to the creation of an innovation ecosystem within the food craft sector, which accelerates a future-oriented development of the food industry. In transNetz two levels are considered equally: -a structural framework has to be developed -that facilitates a thematic exchange between actors. transNetz is implemented on the basis of three pillars: First, we will use methods from empirical social research and innovation development to draw the status quo in the food craft sector with regard to insights into innovations, actors and their network structures. In addition, we will capture the thematic and structural needs of the relevant actors. In the second pillar, we will build the basis for the innovation ecosystem by iteratively creating organizational structures in a participatory process in order to establish thematic networks. The networks will emerge, on the one hand, between the innovation projects and, on the other hand, with the food craft sector in different thematic clusters. In the third pillar, we will ensure the transfer of knowledge and results for various target groups in the food craft sector and to policy and society. In addition to the internal knowledge transfer, we will also implement a transfer to other target groups from politics and the public. Our concept is based on active involvement of participants in the development process in a iterative manner and to jointly develop innovative and needs-oriented formats. |
| Ergebnis (dt.): | "Das dreijährige Vernetzungs- und Transfervorhaben „Netzwerk für Wissenstransfer im Lebensmittelhandwerk“ (transNetz) strebte an, eine zukunftsgerichtete Entwicklung des Lebensmittelhandwerks zu beschleunigen und sicherzustellen, damit auch kleinere Betriebe konkurrenzfähig bleiben und qualifiziertes Personal halten oder gewinnen können. Dazu wurden strukturelle und inhaltliche Rahmenbedingungen für eine Innovationsökosystem entwickelt, indem Innovationen kollaborativ zwischen handwerklichen Betrieben und Forschung gefördert werden können. Die Ergebnisse des Vorhabens wurde in drei Schritten erzielt: ▪ die Etablierung einer übergreifenden Vernetzung zwischen und mit den Akteuren des Lebensmittelhandwerks (LMH), insbesondere der vom Bundesministerium für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft (BMEL) geförderten Innovationsprojekte, ▪ der Aufbau von themenspezifischen Clustern im Lebensmittelhandwer" |

For this purpose, structural and content-related framework conditions for an innovation ecosystem were created, in which innovations can be promoted collaboratively between food craft enterprises and research. The results of the project were achieved in three steps: • the establishment of an overarching network between and with the actors of the food craft sector, especially the innovation projects funded by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL), • the establishment of topic-specific clusters in the food craft sector, • the transfer of knowledge and results for various target groups." |
