| Beschreibung (dt.): | In diesem Projekt wird jungen Menschen ein 'Handwerkszeug' gegeben, um aktiv an der Region zu partizipieren und ihr Lebens- und Arbeitsumfeld unbürokratisch mitzugestalten. Zielgruppe des Projektes sind Jugendliche zwischen 14 und 27 Jahren. Im Rahmen des Vorhabens wird eine Webseite programmiert. Im Blog erzählen Menschen aus der Region von ihren Freizeitbeschäftigungen, Veranstaltungen, Projekten und ehrenamtlichen Tätigkeiten. Hier werden jugendrelevante Informationen aufbereitet, wie z.B. über das Jugendtaxi oder Angebote von Jugendzentren, etc. Zudem werden 'echte Originale' aus der Ehrenamtsszene, den Vereinen sowie Kulturschaffende portraitiert. Ein großer Teil der Kommunikation und Vernetzung läuft hierbei über die sozialen Medien. Im Partizipationstool werden für die eingereichten Projekte Sponsoren, Umsetzungspaten und ein Team aus Jugendlichen akquiriert. Interessierte können sich hier über den Verlauf der Projekte informieren. Eine Beteiligungskoordinatorin organisiert die vielfältigen Aufgaben und übernimmt die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Das Projekt arbeitet mit einer Vielzahl an Partnerinnen und Partnern aus Verwaltung, Vereinen und Schulen zusammen. Unterstützt wird das Projekt zudem von der Wirtschaftsförderung des Landkreises bei der Kontaktaufnahme zu den Unternehmen aus der Region. Darüber hinaus besteht ein Austausch mit Streetworkern, Jugendpflegenden, Jugendzentren und dem Projekt 'Demokratie leben'. |
| Beschreibung (engl.): | The planned project consists of three parts: participation, information and strengthening exchanges and networks. Participation: With the help of this website, ideas and suggestions for improving rural life can be submitted quickly and easily. An coordinator arranges suitable partner associations, partner schools or partner companies, which sustainably support the project. Young people from the region are offered a virtual and analogous opportunity for political and social participation in rural areas. Topics may include e.g. Training and working in the region, school and learning, meeting places, as well as art and culture. The main topics are worked out together with associations, companies, apprentices and pupils. In the establishment phase, the participation coordinator carries out workshops in schools and companies for this purpose. Network & Exchange: The project brings people together and gives them the opportunity to exchange and build collaborations. Clubs, companies and initiatives can thus demonstrate their social commitment and address or involve potential members / applicants. Here, especially the exchange among trainees in the form of various trainee blogs and meetings will be promoted. The number of apprenticeship dropouts should be reduced and the communication should be upgraded through external communication. The attractiveness and social commitment of regional companies should be made clearer. Information: Often the rural area is perceived as unattractive and unsustainable, since existing offers from the fields of work and education, leisure and culture are not known. With the help of ambassadors from the target groups and research by the participation coordinator these information deficits are to be reduced. |
