| Beschreibung (dt.): | Im Zuge der neuen rechtlichen Bestimmungen zur Haltung von Sauen und Aufzuchtferkeln und der Einführung der Tierwohlkennzeichnung müssen viele Sauenhalter innerhalb kürzester Zeit Konzepte zum Um- oder Neubau ihres Stalles vorlegen. Da diese Maßnahmen in den meisten Fällen mit einem hohen Kapitaleinsatz verbunden sind, sind die Landwirte auf kompetente Beratung angewiesen, um ihnen eine möglichst hohe Planungssicherheit zu geben. Gleichzeitig sind die Möglichkeiten, wie der zukünftige Stall aufgebaut sein kann, sehr vielfältig. Um Sauenhaltern bei der Entscheidung über den Um- oder Neubau ihres Stalles behilflich sein zu können, sollen im Projekt ZISSAU mithilfe eines Expertennetzwerkes entsprechende Stallbaukonzepte sowohl für Um- als auch Neubauten in der Sauenhaltung entwickelt werden. Dabei sollen neueste Erkenntnisse der Wissenschaft mit der praktischen Erfahrung von Landwirten kombiniert und auf dieser Grundlage zukunftsfähige und innovative Stallkonzepte geschaffen werden. Um den Praxisbezug zu vertiefen, werden Teilaspekte auf Praxisbetrieben untersucht. Außerdem wird der im Rahmen des Projektes durchgeführte Stallumbau des VBZL Haus Düsse aus verschiedensten Blickwinkeln evaluiert und gleichzeitig als Anwendungsbeispiel für die Praxis dienen. Gemeinsam mit den Validierungsergebnissen aus den Praxisbetrieben sollen somit fundierte Empfehlungen für zukünftige Stallbaukonzep-te in der Praxis abgeleitet werden. |
| Beschreibung (engl.): | Regarding the new legal regulations on husbandry systems for sows and rearing piglets as well as the introduction of animal welfare labelling, many sow farmers have to present concepts for the conversion or new construction of their stables within a very short time. Since these measures are in most cases associated with a high capital investment, farmers are dependent on competent advice to give them as much planning security as possible. At the same time, there is a wide range of options as to how the future barn should be constructed. In order to be able to assist sow farmers in deciding whether to convert or build a new barn, the ZISSAU project aims to develop appropriate barn construction concepts for both conversions and new buildings in sow farming with the help of a network of experts. The latest scientific findings are to be combined with the practical experience of farmers and, on this basis, sustainable and innovative housing concepts are to be created. In order to deepen the practical relevance, partial aspects will be examined on practical farms. In addition, the barn conversion of the VBZL Haus Düsse carried out within the framework of the project will be evaluated from a wide range of perspectives and at the same time serve as an example of application in practice. Together with the validation results from the practical farms, well-founded recommendations for future stable construction concepts in practice are to be derived. In accordance with the pyramidal structure, the approaches that can be implemented in the VBZL Haus Düsse are selected from the concepts developed in the network meetings of funding phase 1. Furthermore, the concrete questions for the further development and evaluation of partial aspects in practice are specified in order to be able to provide the farmers with instructions for action in addition to the stable concepts or to be able to adapt the stable concepts to operational requirements afterwards. The architect of the LWK NRW organises the conversion measures at the VBZL Haus Düsse. In addition, the coordination office of the LWK NRW coordinates the investigations with the consortium partner, takes over the networking with other existing networks and the transfer of knowledge into practice. The evaluation of partial aspects is planned by the scientific staff of the University of Göttingen. The results of a comprehensive literature research and a screening of the practice on certain questions in the field of management can be used at an early stage for an initial knowledge transfer. Furthermore, pioneer farms in the practice as well as the VBZL Haus Düsse will be examined with regard to various questions after the conversion has been completed. |
